Here I am, in Cincinnati with my grandmother, Majorie (Faller) Lederer (1908-1992); she enjoyed playing the piano and accordion.
Once a Buckeye, always a Buckeye. Here I am, about 1982
My grandmother Joan (O’Dwyer) Neuser, teaching me to type on a typewriter, 1982. She served as a school secretary at Rosary Cathedral Parish in Toledo for many years. She never wavered in her loyalty as a Detroit Tigers fan. She was proud of her Irish heritage.
Here I am, with my grandfather, Paul Neuser and his poodles, 1983. He served during World War II as a top Turret Gunner on a B-24 bomber. Later, he worked as a surveyor with the State of Ohio Department of Transportation. He studied commercial art and enjoyed painting, sketching, and gardening.

Rochester Hills Michigan, 1991. My father was a professor at Oakland University at the time. I loved exploring the hills and fields near our house, and the wetlands around Miller Lake.
